Terms of service

By using the MAS platform you agree to provide accurate information, complete identity verification, and fund your account only by bank transfer from an account in your own name.

Investments are held until the underlying vehicle is sold; there is no secondary market. Withdrawals of available cash are subject to MAS approval and are paid by bank transfer to your registered account.

All financial records are maintained on an append-only ledger and cannot be edited. MAS reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable regulations.
