Privacy policy

MAS collects the personal and KYC information you provide to verify your identity, meet regulatory obligations, and operate your investment account. Documents are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage and are visible only to authorised MAS staff.

We do not sell your data. Personal data is retained for as long as required by law and MAS's record-keeping obligations, and is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS 1.3).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting MAS operations.
